The biggest gains in UX rarely come from graphic design. They come from clear positioning and strong messaging. We saw this with Astro Tax as well. Their offering is strong, but visitors are still left with a lot of questions.
Astro Tax is an online accounting firm based in Leuven that supports entrepreneurs with their bookkeeping and proactive tax advice. While the service offering was strong, this wasn’t communicated clearly enough online.

The positioning and messaging were fragmented, and the homepage did not immediately make the core promise clear. This was evident, among other things, from the online surveys we conducted. Conversion potential also remained untapped in the email communication following a quote request.
