The biggest gains in UX rarely come from graphic design. They come from clear positioning and strong messaging. We saw this with Astro Tax as well. Their offering is strong, but visitors are still left with a lot of questions.

Astro Tax is an online accounting firm based in Leuven that supports entrepreneurs with their bookkeeping and proactive tax advice. While the service offering was strong, this wasn’t communicated clearly enough online.

In terms of content, Astro Tax’s offering was strong, but that message wasn’t conveyed clearly enough online.

Visitors were left with questions:

  • What exactly does Astro Tax do?
  • Who is this intended for?
  • What specific tasks do they take off my hands?
  • And how does Astro Tax differ from a traditional accounting firm?

The positioning and messaging were fragmented, and the homepage did not immediately make the core promise clear. This was evident, among other things, from the online surveys we conducted. Conversion potential also remained untapped in the email communication following a quote request.
